Itinerary
Step 1 Scenic Drive to Sevilla (~3h) — morning departure through mountains and green valleys with a stop for traditional breakfast: arepas, huevos pericos, cheese, and tinto.
Step 2 Coffee Plantation Experience — arrive at an active coffee farm. Walk through the plantation, learn about the crops, and pick your own coffee beans.
Step 3 Bean to Cup — follow the complete process: harvesting, drying, roasting, and brewing. Understand the care and craft behind every cup.
Step 4 Authentic Local Lunch — regional flavors of Valle del Cauca at a local restaurant. Vegetarian and vegan options available.
Step 5 Guided Coffee Tasting — led by a local barista; taste different methods and discover the notes, aromas, and flavors that make Colombian coffee world-famous.
Step 6 Balcón del Valle Viewpoint — panoramic views of Sevilla and its coffee-covered hills. Perfect for photos before heading back.
