🌊🐋 Bahía Málaga Whale Watching Tour from Cali

INFORMATION BELOW

SEASONAL TOUR

JULY TO OCTOBER

IMG-20250723-WA0107.jpg

"A one-day adventure to Colombia’s Pacific coast to witness the annual whale migration"

(Private group experience with shared boat transport)

🐳 Why This Tour Is So Special

Every year between July and October, hundreds of humpback whale mothers travel over 8,000 kilometers from the icy waters of Antarctica to the warm, protected bays of Bahía Málaga. Why? To mate, give birth, and raise their calves in one of the most biodiverse marine regions in the world.

You’ll witness not only whales breaching and swimming alongside their young—but also something powerful: people from all over the world sharing this moment together.

🧍🏽‍♀️ Is This a Private or Group Tour?

This is a private experience in the sense that you book with your own group (or solo), and you’ll be guided personally by one of our team.

However, some logistics involve shared spaces, especially the boat, which works like a local transport system (like a bus) in the region. Boats depart when full, usually with both travelers and locals heading to/from different beaches.

🎉 That’s part of the magic: you may share the ride with whale lovers from across the globe, or locals on their way to nearby coastal communities. It’s social, authentic, and full of unexpected joy.

🎮 Choose Your Own Adventure

You’ll select one route when booking – each offers a different flavor of the Pacific.

🏝️ Route A: Cultural & Community-Based

👫 Meet the locals in a nearby Afro-Colombian village, taste traditional snacks, and support community tourism.Expect music, crafts, and a vibrant atmosphere.

🌿 Route B: Wild & Untouched Nature

🌳 Venture deeper into Bahía Málaga’s raw, unstructured coast. This beach has no tourism infrastructure—just you, nature, and the whales offshore.

⚠️ Note: Due to distances and boat logistics, you can only choose one route per day. Both are incredible, but each is a different kind of experience.
