Service Description
The basic tour to go around the city, see all the major landmarks, discover the history, past and present, including how humans (indigenous) lived here before the Spanish era, and the origin to some of the biggest things in local culture like Salsa. Landmarks like: Plazoleta Jairo Varela, Iglesia La Ermita, San Antonio Park & Church, Colombia's longest urban tunnel, Parque del Gato, Río Cali, also adaptable to any specifics you want. Understand the human interaction between the Indigenous and the Spanish. Includes a snack and water. 2 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while respecting the time and preparation involved in organizing your experience. Please review our policy below: Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour will receive a 100% refund. Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a 50% refund. No Refund: No-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your tour at no additional cost if you notify us at least 4 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Important: Once a tour has been rescheduled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
